As an incoming student in SMU (Singapore Management University) during the fall of 2023, I have noticed that during this break I have before school starts my peers around me have started to figure themselves out, going to get jobs and internships that help to build their port folio or do meaningful things that they are interested in. I am envious of them for having an idea of what their future looks like and having a rough plan in order to achieve what they want.

I want that too. I want to know too. I know that being 100% sure of everything is not a possibility but from my point of view I see not much at all. I am going to a good school to get a good degree but after the 4 years in school then what?

This is why I am writing this blog. I want to document my experiences and my thoughts and share it online. I know I can’t be the only one who feels this way and I want to let those who feel the same that it is ok and we shall figure it out together. I want to be able to read this blog in a few years time and think to myself that I am happy that I was able to commit and learn from my past.
